Compared with White men, Black men are:

• more likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer
• more likely to be diagnosed at a later stage of prostate cancer
• more likely to have aggressive tumors
• less likely to receive optimal surgical treatment
• about twice as likely to die of prostate cancer
