  • more likely to be diagnosed with colorectal cancer
  • more likely to be diagnosed with harder-to-treat proximal (right-sided) tumors
  • less likely to receive optimal surgical treatment
  • more likely to die of colorectal cancer
Compared with White men and women, Hispanic men and women are:
  • less likely to be diagnosed with colorectal cancer
  • less likely to die of colorectal cancer
Alaska Natives have the highest colorectal cancer incidence and death rate in the US.
